Ensured work scope, schedule, budgets, and resources, were fully integrated into the project plans, to accurately measure the work scheduled and costs forecasted, against actual work performed and it’s cost, to determine if cost and schedule performance (CPI & SPI) are as planned or earned (EVMS).  Subcontractor invoices were reviewed, analyzed, and approved for payment, based on EVMS principles.  Subcontractor performance and commodity tracking, forecasting, and out-put curves were downloaded from resource loaded schedules.
